Session #1 (Before Lunch)
An Overview of the Iowa Assessment™ and Cognitive Abilities Tests® Testing Program
The Iowa Assessments and CogAT are proven measures of student achievement and reasoning abilities. A proper use of these tests will offer educators a diagnostic look at how their students are progressing in key areas. The various levels of the Iowa Assessment™ can provide reliable norm-referenced scores that also predict ACT and SAT scores. This workshop includes new information about the new Form G Iowa materials and the new 2017 norms being used beginning with the 2021–22 school year.
Session #2 (After Lunch)
The Use of DataManager™
DataManager™ is a powerful online resource for managing the Iowa and CogAT assessment programs. This workshop will explain how to use DataManager,™ construct and view reports, interpret and analyze results, and access digital resources.
